This Privacy Policy describes how the ESR ProMax mobile application ("the App") handles your information. The App is an ECU tuning and monitoring tool for motorcycles that communicates with ESR ECU hardware over Bluetooth.
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. We do not require an account, sign-in, or registration of any kind.
All data generated by the App — including tune profiles, ECU configuration settings, gauge layout preferences, and data logs — is stored locally on your device only. This data is never uploaded to our servers or shared with third parties. Deleting the App removes all of this data.
The App uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) solely to discover, connect to, and exchange data with ESR ECU hardware installed on your motorcycle. Bluetooth communication occurs directly between your device and the ECU; no Bluetooth data is sent to external servers.
If you grant location permission, it is used only to display GPS speed on the live dashboard and, on some Android versions, because the operating system requires location permission for Bluetooth scanning. Your location is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.
The App does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
The App does not collect any data from anyone, including children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
